Like with a lot of things in my life, if I am not in the right state of mind of doing something, then that usually means I won't have fun doing it, and therefore loose quick interest or even the drive to do it. Exercise is no exception to that sentiment, but I also know that if exercise does nothing for me but relief stress as it has in the past, then it is doing something good for me. So I have made a renewed commitment to exercising in my little basement gym on a regular basis, at least 4 times a week. Plus taking two Zumba classes a week, so that should help a little bit. It really is all about attitude towards things and well some music that makes you want to move is sure a incentive to get up and get down to the basement. So here is all I need to get my plan in action....

and my finally fixed elliptical trainer
I have been doing this since Wednesday and I feel so much better already.....hope the feet can handle it this time. lol
