My little companion

This little cutie is my couch companion every time I make a trip down to the lake. He greets me at the gate and doesn't settle down until I have taken my seat on the couch and he can either sit on my lap or just lay with his head in my lap. I love this little guy, and I am always happy to see him and he seems to know when I need some extra care, I always joke about dog napping him.

He is just the cutest, if I would ever get a dog this is what I would love to get, or one like my friend Kyra has, a teacup chihuahua.

The trip down to the lake on Friday was good, at least the ride down, it was amazing to see how many trees already had buds on their branches and it's only the beginning of March. I saw a lot of wild turkeys and a lot of hawks perching on fence posts waiting for the chance to grab some little critter on the ground. I wish I had my camera with me, I probably could have gotten some good shots. Once there it was less pretty and we talked about all kinds of things, mostly about the pressure I feel I am under at the moment, not really sure from whom, probably more from myself than anybody else, and my lack of drive to do anything right now, even though the to do list is a mile and a half long. :( Just still can't seem to focus on anything for a longer period of time and that frustrates the hell out of me.
