Do we dare to hope?

Or do I carefully wonder if it is possible for some relief? We need to help for them to help us, sounds good to me, but then it hasn't changed anything in the past so excuse me while I am a little skeptical, but a part of me is very hopeful. I just keep my fingers crossed that this will be a good thing for us. If it backfires ,God help us all, and it will be worse than before, even though that is hard to imagine, but if all goes well maybe I can get rid of the body armor again that I required over the last few months and will only need to watch out for the local backstabbers. What a relief that would be! Only time will tell!
