Good Morning, Tina!
These sound like they would be a great breakfast bar - only I don't have a clue where to get the first item.
Have a great day!
Hi Sharon...have missed you.....the first item you usually get in any health food store, some groceries stores, usually in the isle where they have health food like slim fast etc. Lol..i havent made them yet, but they sure sounded good.
Sounds like my kind of "baking," I just have to get the ingredients. Perfect with all that protein and not too many carbs.--Inger
My kind of baking too Inger lol
Will have to try these, it sounds a little like a recipe I do, but less messy! (Long story, it's just a tinkery recipe...)
