PEOPLE WHO ARE VIOLENT TO ANIMALS RARELY STOP THERE!

It's been awhile!

You know how it is when you haven't seen somebody in a long time, there is always a lot of catching up to  do, some of it was good, some of things were sad and some others where just indifferent, and some of the things were never even touched. But there will be plenty of time to do so in the next little while and I am sure there will be new things to discover and  explore different angles. Yesterday was a full day at work and it was fun, it's amazing how the people you work with and for at times just have the ability to make it a great day or a not so great day, yesterday was a very interesting but good day. Having said that there were two places however I would have rather been, one being at the ZUMBA for HEART, a two hour workshop to raise funds for the Heart and Stroke Foundation, and the later dinner with the girls from the DSC, but Cheryl promised to have dessert on me, well it looks better on her hips than mine anyway lol. I am sure everybody had a great time doing Zumba or eating out. Well there will always be a next time for both. Not much going on today, just taking it easy and enjoying a day off, until at least tonight when I might work or not work....who knows.

That zumba is something else! Wish I could breathe well enough to try it - I sure could use it!
Any day that doesn't have problems, is a good day in my book!
Happy Sunday and enjoy your relaxation!

I hope that you're having a very quiet, relaxing Sunday, Tina. We all need down time now and then, and most of us don't get enough of it.

Louise- it was a day full of not much lol
Cat-you should try it, you probably like it...it's a great cardio workout, for anybody, my fitness level isn't the greatest but you can go at your own pace, it's easy to learn and most of all it's a lot of fun.
