A brand new day

and brand new lists of things to accomplish....yes you heard me right...I am venturing out in the world of list making for every thing I have to do, because otherwise nothing really gets done...did I mention before that I am a huge procrastinator? I know some people don't understand how one can function like that...I can say it works fine for me ,lol, at least most of the time. I do however work very well and fast under pressure, but I prefer to putter around and do things on my time and according to how I feel, of course, that is sometimes not always feasible, but that' s my preferred way anyway, and just because things are on a list, doesn't mean they have to get done and completed today but they need to be done eventually. :) First thing on my mental agenda today is  the start of a new DAWN KEY diet program, for everybody who missed my post on that diet, it's easy to follow and usually does like this...."keep your ass out of the fridge".  I feel so much better when I stick to what I am used to and hopefully I can go back to my full exercise routine too in the next few day....oh of course I am still walking, but had to cut down on a few other things I like to do, because well this getting older is not for wimps, and I haven't grasped that concept yet that at mid forty you are not young anymore either, as someone pointed out to me the other day so nicely lol... Age is just a number, one is only as old as one feels, and sometimes my body feel like 90, where my mind....well let's just not go there today....I am having a slow morning.:)
Well of to do some chores and get things done....Hopefully there will be time to enjoy the sunshine too....would really love to go to the Royal Botanical Gardens.....see  how easy my mind wanders....and how easy I am distracted from what I set out to do? Well we will see what happens with today. Enjoy the sunshine and everything you do..whatever it might be? I know I will. ( I think with that statement the idea of chores went right out the window). But before I can do anything today,  I have to watch the FIFA Quarterfinal game between Germany and I know why everybody is up already this morning.....GO GERMANY GO!!!!!

I must have my lists. I leave lists for myself at my office, in the kitchen, taped to my pocketbook, and in my pickup truck.

Yes, I need list too,mainly because I am addle brained and get distracted easily! My son is always telling me that I am wandering off track again!

Love your diet! LOL! That 'should' work ;o)

I didn't think I was really rooting for anyone but secretly I've been hoping that Germany will win ;o)

I should try that diet too! I just have to keep remembering that the weight will come off - just not as fast as I'd like it to!

I know you can stay focused but if it does wander - enjoy it!

Sounds like the diet to me! Actually mine should be - keep out of the kitchen and the car!

Geez, to be mid 40s again! sigh........
