Feeling crappy!

Woke up early this morning with this splitting headache, well actually that's what woke me up, got up to take some asperin and went back to bed, got up at 6:30 to work out and worked actually really hard, even though I felt a little weak and woozy, not really sure what it is and why....feel like I have a low grade temp but nothing, just feel crappy. Took a long hot bath after the workout and went back to bed, just got back up about an hour ago, not feeling much better yet...just feel yucky! Not in the mood for anything right now...not even eating....wow..I really must be sick!
