Everything changes, everything stays the same.

Ever have the feeling that things are changing so much and yet everything somehow stays the same? How is that? No matter how much you accomplished and feel things are different, it still feels and looks the same to oneself? It's a hard thing to wrap my brain around. Not in the right mindframe either to think of anything new right now...same shit just different day...that's all.
