!19!

I spent the evening at a friend's house, where the 19th birthday of a very fine young lady was celebrated. It is always so nice to watch and witness how much fun this family has as a unit of individuals. The night was perfect to be spent sitting out on the deck, sipping on the world famous "Punch", being in the company of great people, lots of fun and laughter and oh the famous wrestling matches. Hmmmmmmm nothing could have made this night any better. .

Well turning 19 brings a whole new set of responsibilities and rights to your life. It's so different here in Canada, you get different new rights, new responsibilities and privileges at different stages of your age. Where I grew up everything really happened at 18. You were able to get your licence ( not a day before), you were allowed to drink alcohol, go to bars, vote and everything else that required an age of majority. Not sure which system is better, I don't think you can put an age of maturity, it comes with life and experiences, for some sooner than others,for some never...:)
