Rainy Saturday!

Woke up at 7 am and decided it's time to hit the treadmill again...woo hoo....I walked my ass off or so I hope at least one day soon...lol.. well at least I was sweating and that is a good sign that one worked hard, nothing like a good sweaty workout to feel that one has accomplished something, I say. After that I got showered and dressed and to my joy when I checked my emails I found one of my best friends online and so we chatted for a while until they had to leave for an out of town meeting. It was nice to catch up as we have missed each other a whole lot lately and never seem to be catching up at the same time. I spent some time reading blogs, answering emails, especially the ones from my mother lol...since she keeps reminding me that I still have one, so I sent her a nice long emails and some photos of the last few things that we did around here. I had to be at work for 12:30 pm to supervise a rental at the centre I work at, I knew the people from previous programs and met up with a lot of parents from years previous when their kids attended our preschool programs, now celebrating somebody's 8th birthday, not that always makes me feel old, especially it just seems like they were there less than a year ago. While at work I checked out the registrations for the upcoming Fall session and recognized a few names right away, every body's favourite crazy little man will be back. Omg this kid is just hilarious and he challenges us to the max at times....right Dawn? lol and I can hear her answering too lol. My boss left me like always lots of office work to do so I was busy the whole time I was there, the party was cleaned up and out in good time, so I was home in time to get some stitching done...still working on the Green Flip its! Don't and didn't have much else going on today, it's been a quiet rainy day!

We had a fairly nice day here, not quite as hot, but still hot. DH got the yard mowed and it looks like people live here again. Sometimes a rainy day can be calming...

I email my sons and ask lots of questions. I get back - "We're fine, nothing going on". I hope you send your Mom nice responses! LOL!

Fall and all the things that go with it, is hurrying fast, it gets dark so much earlier now. Everyone going back to school or work or harvesting. My life never seems to change, except I am too hot or too cold. LOL!

I was down at the track yesterday. It started off nice, but got very humid as the morning wore on. Came back and collapsed on the couch. Then got up and put up the new listings.

I have a cousin that I email with, very occasionally. I'd exchange emails with her more frequently, but she takes her good old time in replying to me. I get a little frustrated at times. So, I'm glad that you sent off a good long email.
