EAT~PRAY~LOVE

Yesterday I went to the movies to see EAT PRAY LOVE with Julia Roberts, I absolutely loved the movie. From the music to the scenery to the story line to Julia Roberts performance to the unknown (at least to me) foreign actors, it was an absolute amazing movie. I laughed, I cried, it definitely is a Chick flick but one a lot of woman can relate to. It touches your soul and your heart with so much spiritual insight. The movie is about a woman's search for everything across Italy, India and Indonesia. This will definitely be one for my movie collection when it comes out on DVD, and maybe I will even go see it again. It has been  # 1 New York Times Bestseller for a long time and I do have the book and maybe now I will finally get around to read it.
I especially loved the scenery from Italy because it brought back so many memories of times long gone when Italy was one of my favourite places to visit and wow I forgot how beautiful that country really is, not just the ancient cities, but everything and how I miss the italian culture and just the whole atmosphere of being there and their way of living and viewing life. Made me pull out some of my old photos and go back in time to revisit. Maybe I will post pictures later....

I haven't seen the movie yet, will probably have to wait till it comes on television. It sounds good to me! DH made a nasty sound about it, but what does he know? He doesn't like cheesecake either!

I read the book and enjoyed it. I've seen the movie advertised but I only make it to the move theatre once every 10 years or so. :-)
