Well what do you think?

Ok, I am by all means no fitness nut, if you would see my FA you would know, however I have realized over the last two years that exercising can be fun and is in my life a great stress reliever. Some days are easier than others, some days I just want to give up and just say "F*** it" and crawl back into my little world, but having had the discussion about being more active in various circles of friends, I thought maybe we should all challenge us to a little bit more activity and be supportive of each other....( I will be over after work today (you know who you are) and we are going for a walk around the block....ok? (and I am not talking about the wooden block I have you a long long time ago lol). So who is up for a little 10 week challenge? Ahh, Tina, I'm going to pass on this one. I figure that I'm getting enough exercise right now with the gardening and walking the trails a few times a week. At least that's what my poor tootsies tell me.

So you are doing it already....way to go....I wish I could move my FA for a walk each day! Way to go Louise!

I would love to if I could, but sometimes just walking to the mailbox, about kills me.

Well Sharon, you know every step counts even going to the mail box and yes I hear u with it killing u at times...my walk is not very pretty either lol, so don't feel bad.
