I can't stand it anymore...

AAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't stand it anymore, I can't stand me in this state of mind anymore, it's totally taken over my life and I sure am at my width end on how to deal with it. It frustarates the heck out of me not being able to get a handle on this. It affects every single thing in my life, whether it's work, hanging out or whatever I do, it's there being my loyal sidekick. I can't take it anymore. Just would love to totally disconnect my emotions and feelings from everything. I hate this, I hate myself for feeling like that and I hate not being able to do anything about or with it. I JUST HATE IT................
