PEOPLE WHO ARE VIOLENT TO ANIMALS RARELY STOP THERE!

A little bit of this,a little bit of that and a whole lot of nothing!

Yesterday was the first day back to Zumba class! First class with my 'new' feet, and I actually went pretty well, I was in no pain, even afterwards, and even more important I actually could walk this morning. So that is a big relief and good to know, it sure has made such a difference since I got the orthotics to fix both of my feet that I actually can walk for the first time in a long time without pain. So woo hoo to that!

I spent most of the day working on my second first ornament for the "Ornament a month challenge" and have the stitching part all done. Even went to the 'stitching around the big ole table' last night and worked a little bit on my "Robin in the snow". It is frustrating at times, when the things that look so easy and fast turn out to be so easy to mess up on too and seem to take forever. I loose so fast interest in things that don't go the way I want them to go or think they should go....that is definitely a thing that I could use some work on...not for nothing do I have a big bag of unfinished projects that is bursting at all seems. Here is my January Ornament contribution. He he you weren't expecting anything else but one with a donkey, were you?

One other thing that is always big on my agenda for the day is laundry, so yesterday was no different,  I don't think I go a day without doing laundry, seems like some people in my household only have one pair of socks or only one favourite underwear so it has to be the same every day...oh did I ever mention that about 60% of the family suffers from various degrees of OCD. I am probably the mildest case of all of them in the house lol. Sometimes it worries me to no end and sometimes I can only laugh at it.

Other than that it was a quiet and uneventful day, hoping for more of the same for today, well with one exception....I am going for a drive to pick up a few things.....and so off I go, have a good day!

Holy smokes! That's a lot of laundry. Seems like those with only one "favorite" should go out and get themselves some more just like it.

But, I guess for most of us ordinary days make up most of our lives. So, we might as well enjoy them, while we're at it.

I enjoy ordinary days since I retired last year, and I'm getting used to living alone.

Doing what ever I want, and not what someone else wants or needs.
I like being lazy.

Nice that you got the orthotics and they work so well! Too bad you couldn't have gotten them sooner.

Cute ornament to be! What else do you do to it? Frame it or ????

I have felt kind of blah today, so got a whole lot of nothing happening here too - I do need to do some laundry, myself, believe I am out of pants :-)

Louise- I like ordinary days.
Gloria- I like to be lazy too, lol and I must say I can get very good at it too lol
Sharon- usually it's about putting another side tot he back of the stitched piece and then ribbons or cords around it. Not sure yet. As for the orthotics, well I could have went to the doctor sooner than I did....I hate being such a procrastinator.
